Round 1 of the newly formed South China Australian Rules Football League is set to take place at the brand new Guangzhou Cricket Ground in Southern China on Saturday 12th March. The 2 Dragons teams (reds and blues) have been formed and rivalry already fierce between the 2 sides headed by respective captains Dwight ‘Stuchy’ Stuchbery and Dom ‘Bowksi’ Dunn. Both teams will head to Guangzhou on Saturday morning departing HK at 8:30am squaring off against each other in the 2nd game of the day scheduled to begin at 12:50pm following the opener between Guangzhou and Macau.
Full schedule of games and events as follows:

12:00 – 12:35 Guangzhou vs. Macau
12:50 – 13:25 HK Reds vs. HK Blues
13:40 – 14:15 Guangzhou vs. HK Blues
14:30 – 15:05 Macau vs. HK Reds
15:20 – 15:55 Macau vs. HK Blues
16:10 – 16:45 Guangzhou vs. HK Reds

Games to consist of 2×15 min halves, 5 min break at half time, & 15 mins between each game.

The after match function will be held at the Consul-General of Guangzhou’s residence from 6:30pm.
