Use the "get iCal link" to import the Dragons Calendar into your own!
Training tonight guys at happy Valley - usual place Rugby Pitch end.
Fellow Dragons,
Jaydon and I have the task of organising some extra training sessions in the build up towards Singapore next month and ultimately Champs in October.
To that end we will be running 2 mid-week sessions at Happey Valley to allow guys to build a bit of fitness. Details below:
Tuesday 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Thursday 7:30pm - 8:30pm
We will meet at the exercise equipment in the inner part of the complex, right near the queens rd entrance. (See pic below)
The sessions will be designed to be 45mins to 1 hour and the main focus will be on fitness but were going to make it all games/competitions with small teams and including the balls to make it fun and wont be too hardcore..
Fellas please make an effort to get down to AT LEAST ONE of these each week..
Finally, for those of you that are keen to come to a couple of these over the next few months please reply to this email just so we can get an idea of numbers.

Join us at Bulldogs Bar & Grill in Lan Kwai Fong every Friday night throughout the AFL season. The Friday night game will be shown on the big screen and drink specials will be available at selected times. A great way to mingle with fellow Dragons and AFL enthusiasts alike. See you this coming Friday at Bulldogs.
